They seem to have made up their differences.

"California Chrome co-owner Perry Martin said Tuesday that he was upset at Churchill Downs over his mother's view of the Kentucky Derby, but he will be back next week to receive the engraved Derby trophy.
"I really don't have any problems," Martin said in a telephone interview from his California laboratory on Tuesday. "We worked everything out."
