Seems to me that it hasn't been held in Florida since 1999, and its probably long overdue to be held there. Thats my guess anyway.

It is about a 90% chance the BC will be held at Churchill again in 2008. Belmont is about 8% and another location is about 2%. The Breeders Cup crew was in Louisville about 10 days after BC 2006 to work out the details. However, Churchill is wanting a bigger revenue slice for which the BC is not wanting to give. So they are at a stalemate on that issue.
