I imagine he'll wait and see whether the trial is delayed from its supposed start date early next year. If it does and he is still barred from racing here when the new season gets underway I have little doubt he'll retire. Coolmore will have to take steps to sign up another retained jockey, most likely Kinane, although s'pose it could be Ryan Moore (though more likely to be an Irishman). Fallon has spoken recently of going into training sooner rather than later, most likely working behind someone more media friendly.


This case has been woefully dealt with by all British authorities concerned and, if, as I suspect, Fallon is cleared of the charges, I would hope that heads will roll.
