You must see the irony in what is essentially a copycat crime getting enhanced charges and Federal attention because of an admission. A little Barney Fifeish to me.
The referral to black on Jewish assaults as a 'game' is disgusting.
The interviews done with 'game attendees' actually witnesses and their callous, soulless, morally bankrupt responses lends us a glimpse into their minds. Yet because of intentional ignorance, black on Jewish assaults 'how the
game was originally intended' are not considered hate crimes.
The problem with hate is it's not an action. Murder, bank robbery, forgery and even ID theft are all easily definable and measurable actions making it possible to prove them without admission.
Murder with a firearm as opposed to a knife is easy to discern and prosecute. Murder with or without hate is nearly impossible without a verbal or written confession.
