I was looking at Equibase though and they listed the record at 1:32.40 so DC won't get credited for equalling the record.

I'd recommend having a couple of beers and forgetting about it. I can't see where this makes any difference splitting hairs like this. Did you have some big future wager on whether or not the AQU track record would be broken this year?
Whether he equaled, was a hair better, or a hair worse, it was damn fast.
