Yes, the #7 horse drifts in the home stretch.... but all throughout the race, the jockey was maneuvering him in and out and around to get to the rail. Poor horse did not know what a straight line was after all that.
However,
The winner, #7, could of made slight contact with the #1 horse when he went by him, but the #1 horse was done in as the closers were engulfing him ..... Pan Shot shows no contact with the #9 horse who finished second.
