Default A Congressional Bill That Makes Sense

As a show of support for the ACA congress should prepare a bill that exempts the Federal Government from providing health insurance as an employer and allows all employees to shop on the exchange or privately for individual insurance.

Since most Fed employees are above the subsidy levels set they would add a good deal of money per person to the exchange if that's the road they choose.

Right now taxpayers are not only subsidizing Federal Employees health insurance but also getting ripped off in the form of higher premiums because of their absence in the exchanges.

George Will said it best.

Personally I feel If your opponent is determined to hang himself, for Heaven’s sake, don’t take away the rope. Let's get Obamacare started broke or not.
