I don't know if he is a racist or not. He maybe a little with those jokes. But is he an outright mean nasty "send them all back to Africa" racist? I don't know. He did apologize for his behavior as was warranted.

You're correct. He apologized. He claimed that he's not a racist.
Whether his career goes forward from here, I don't know.
What amazes me is that someone can get so outraged by a couple of hecklers at a comedy club.
While the rest of us sit quietly on the side, and observe an even greater outrage. About 2900 young Americans' lives snuffed, about 30,000 of ours wounded, untold Iraqui women and children, and about 10 billion of our hard earned taxes wasted each month. It will be a trillion by the time this is over.
My guess is that "outrage" is where you find it.
Two hecklers? That's "small change". He apologized.
Now I'm waiting for the real apology from the one that caused the real damage. I'll wait, even if it takes until 2010.
