i don't like seeing things like this, tho, when there seemingly was no friction-it can cause a TON of problems for the survivors, with resentment, ill-feelings and the like.
the dead dad-he's the reason they have issues, and he hasn't got to deal with any of it.
and with more blended families, and half-siblings and stepwives, i expect more litigation in future.
