Rangel has been an idiot for a long time! This isn't a chess game, and to say that any military action was taken lightly because it would have no personal or familial consequences is just the kind of thinking this guy has been spouting for long enough. "poisoned fruit" Rangel....how would we pay for supporting a new draft and the billions it would take to support(correctly)the services affected?
