Just an assumption based on the frequency she runs her horses, the amount of breakdowns her horses have, and vet scratches. She is very active claiming and getting horses to improve off claims.
I hope I am wrong about her and she is the exception but I would bet she does.
So for now, strike Rice and insert Jacobson and Engelhart.
