They have to be the worst run monopoly in the history of the human race. Nobody in customer service knows what's on where, internet channels are a complete mess, The NFL channel just disappeared off internet service with no explanation, XM's upper stations as a whole after CH 190 are a roulette wheel of transient programs that come and go without explanation. Night talk shows are hideous with genius contributors like Dino Costa making Chris Russo sound like a voice of reason.
They haven't cared since the merger about complaints pertaining to format and are not likely to have a change of heart any time soon.....it's criminal they can't get both stations to carry the three hours consistently given the effort you have put into it for a sizable number of years now.
