The card looks very tough again this week. I must say the fillies 1000 guineas trial is just awful. The worst race we'll see over the carnival.
Going through selections now. Very keen to take on Mariners Cross in the first race. Obviously had his issues and in both starts he has looked like a horse with plenty of stamina, so I expect the drop back to a mile to inconvenience him. While I think he could be well handicapped for this event, I'll be laying him here with the prospect on going in big when he's out over ten and twelve furlongs.
