All I can tell you is that, since I live about 40 minutes from Cooperstown, it's a very nice place to bring your family. If you time your trip with the Hall of Fame game, tell your kids that there are lots of autographs available.
It's a "must" for baseball fans. Lake Otsego is beautiful, folks are friendly, and it's about an hour from Saratoga, so the Racing Museum might also be part of the trip.
