This has caused some physical issues w/ his front legs (specifically his front left leg). Tomorrow will be his third (minor) operation in that area. Hopefully he will recover well from the surgery and resume training w/in 40 days.

I love this horse ... he has an unbelievably gentle disposition for a colt (you can stand in the stall with him and he'll rest his head on your shoulder). He's 8 this year, but he was born in late November (Southern Hemp breeding season), is lightly raced, and probably has a year or so left racing at top levels on the turf (one mile or less).
