Notre Dame beat the #1 team Florida State, then lost the next week to Boston College and who was chosen to play for the National Title, you guessed it, Florida State. So eventhough I think it wouldn't be fair for ND to jump Michigan, it would in a way make things better for ND fans who had to go through the same thing in 93.

FSU is one of the only teams that I absolutely LOATHE. It makes me grin cheek to cheek seeing them do as poorly as they are doing this season.
