#10 Tex (5-2) - Pressed a sharp pace last out and held on for second. Makes 3rd career start and switches to the lawn. 4TH
#1 Star Contender (2-1) - Casse (20%) thought enough of him to enter him in restricted stakes race at first asking and finishing a distant third in a field of ten is no disgrace. Expect low odds. WON $5.10
#6 Drenched (6-1) - Carroll has two entered in this event, but this one looks to have the better chance off some nice works and a better post.

#1 Mardochai (10-1) - Fired a bullet on Thursday in preparation for today's debut for sharp turf conditioner. 4TH
#10 Lifes Reward (5-2) - Game third in debut up the rail, but must deal with outside draw today.
