Yes - do you know what that was not passed? Hint: Paul Ryan, John Boehner, Eric Cantor. But, Obama has done other things to start to lower the deficit on his own.
Do you know where The American Jobs Act is? Blocked in the House. Where the Veterans Jobs Act is? Blocked in the House.
Do you know how many jobs bills to help Americans the House has passed in the past four years, "Job One is creating jobs" according to Republican House Leader John Boehner?

That's right - the biggest unemployment since the Great Depression, and the Republican majority in the House have done exactly
zero to change it - oh, they have blocked everything Obama has tried to get passed, which is why he's done all he can within the executive branch, which is why we've had 48 straight months of steady but low job growth, at least.
Mitch McConnell publicly stated he would sacrifice the country to defeat Obama. Paul Ryan, on the night Obama was inaugurated, was in a meeting with Frank Luntz and Newt Gingrich and other House/Senate Republicans devising ways to block any Obama accomplishments.
They deserve to be thrown out of government.
Not only is Obama going to win, but current polling shows the Democrats will likely hold the Senate, and now the House is in play. Those two bills can be passed in a few months, January 2013, as soon as the GOP obstructionists and Tea Party are removed from office. And that will create two million jobs by next summer. Nice.
And this sea change is being lead by Mitt Romney, the completely unqualified plutocrat government candidate, supported by gullible theocratic evangelicals.
The real remaining "Republican Party" members are standing back, aghast in horror at what has happened over the past 4 years, and hoping the party brand will emerge somehow from all this intact.
