you have never placed a P-4 or P-6 that should cost X amount and when it comes up it is half that or 2/3rds because part of your bet is missing and you have to re enter it once or perhaps twice, particularly if part of any entry is scratched and because of the recycle time your out.
as to do not place any other bets until confirmed, i believe that is "completely different bets", there is no reference to not hitting the confirm button more than once
