Colonial Downs Cancels Its Sunday Card Due to Power Outage from Saturday’s Severe Storm

Due to the last night’s severe storm and current power outage, Colonial Downs has cancelled its live race card for today (Sunday July 1), that had been scheduled for 12:55 PM.
