He's run a total of three times, missing the entire 2006 season. He did run very well in all of his starts though. Then he ran right with Brother Derek before losing the Hollywood Futurity at 8.5f in his third start. Do I seriously believe he's going to come back at the same level? No. It's very unlikely. But I can hope right? And what I will say is that if he somehow can, I think he could be right there among the West Coast horses, especially since O'Neill is talking about a campaign for Lava Man that will focus on grass racing. The California older horse division just doesn't seem like it has any quality so it wouldn't take much for YTOM to be near the top if he comes back and is anywhere near his old level.

Nothing wrong with hoping. I really don't know much about him but a couple of sharp friends of mine were very high on him going into this season. Drysdale...right?
