You should be able to get the printout from the director of mutuels from the track. Say you are from Oklahoma and will get a hold of your congressman. I did this once and got a printout from Retama. I did not have to lay down a threat though.

I talked to them on the phone. They confimed that the numbers I had were correct. They confimed all the numbers that I posted here. There was $31,701 in the win pool. The winner had $2,090 bet to win on him. How could the horse only pay $20.20 to win? He should have paid about $24.80 to win.
