it's not him that's unbelievable, but the voters who keep returning this guy to office in the city. i haven't lived up there in 18 years, but he was a clown long before i left-and i can't believe he's still in an office of any kind. he's a joke. we still use the words 'g-- dam- bitch set me up' when it's applicable.
