yes, there are. because we all know how evil insurance agents are. most people don't know a whole lot about insurance, and count on advice from a pro. where will they turn when the pros aren't available? what if an important medicare date is missed? then they get denied coverage....throw themselves on the mercy of the fed. govt. yeah, that'll go well.
