I think Big Brown is the last Derby winner to win a race besides the Kentucky Derby on dirt as a 3yo.
Pretty sure the KY Derby is the only dirt race Animal Kingdom has ever won. Pretty sure Super Saver's only win after age two came in the Ky Derby. Pretty sure Mine That Bird's lone win after his 2-yo season came in the KY Derby.
