It's kinda like slamming your brakes at a green light.
There is no reason for it and it's inexcusable. This is a job in which it is imperative that the person pay attention to what they are doing.
If this jockey can't keep his mind focused for less than two minutes at a time, simply put, he shouldn't be riding.
I'd say a suspension is letting him off pretty easy.
