BuffyM, it must be going around... I assume you're recovered from your tumble from Buck? This was Carena who tossed me-- quarter horse, but so hot you'd think she was a TB. Horse behind her spooked, so she spooked, and when that didn't get me off, threw in a heck of a buck for good measure. I got back on and finished the lesson, but I was hurting and now I'm REALLY hurting. Help?

go see the doc in the am...he'll probably prescribe relaxers and pain meds...than just rest it, about all you can do.
