Default FBI Updates Definition of Rape

Quote:
The FBI is reportedly updating it's definition of "rape" for the first time since 1929.

The current definition is "carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will."

"The Daily Mail" reports the new definition includes acts, no matter how slight, that occur without the consent of the victim.

It also takes out the word "woman" and "forcibly".

A women's group that supports the changes says the new definition takes in the full scope of sexual violence.

Does this not mean women are being forced to consent to 'a rape' before boarding an aircraft? Where's the ACLU on this one? Every women who has been 'forced to consent' less not board a plane have been victimized and instead of an unwanted pat down it's rape!

Of course Atty Gloria Aldred will have to be excluded from the suit as she has already publicly stated she enjoyed her TSA experience.
