it does.
im not one of those guy that would benefit greatly from heavy weight training.
so I go the opposite direction and focus on lean muscle.
when I was younger, I never had tremendous leg speed so bulking up and developing a quick muscle action was not really an option.
so I made the decision to develop myself into a long distance runner and that type of athlete needs to be leaner with a more fluid stride.
its the same difference we see btwn quarter horses and thoroughbreds.
