well,
Im more concerned with my body fat percentage than I am with weight.
i try to keep it is low as I can.
there is one thing that we only get one of, and that is our body.
i try to make it as perfect as possible.
im obviously not a body builder, but I do have a clear vision of what I want my body to be.
I run 50 miles a week and do push ups and sit ups every day in pursuit of this.
Im not recommending my lifestyle to anyone else and Im not saying its all that well rounded of a physical routine.
But it works for me,
that much I do know.
Ive got stamina to burn.
when I run 15 miles, my 12th mile is as fast as my 2nd.
