Isn't a length 1/5 of a second? Or is it .16? As you can see, I've never bothered to learn how to really make figures beyond the absolute basics--and I've never once even contemplated run-ups. I pretty much just trust the Beyers and spend my time on other places where I can find an edge. I'm barely aware of what a naked time for a given distance should be.
