1st- I seriously didn't know that to own/enter a horse you had to be approved to do so by the state you plan on entering your horse in. Of course I knew this was the case for trainers. But not owners. But if the accusations are even somewhat true I'm glad for this.
2nd- the Ontario guy does kind of bring up a good point. Thus far it's all accusations. Can you really hold him back until you know (if ever?)? Interesting article, but somehow I'm siding with the way the Ontario people handled it over the NY and KY people did... Although i'd be giving the guy the stink-eye the whole time lol.
