No question that pace certainly compromised WM, and she really should never had been that far behind that soft of a pace- but that said, if she isn't tactical enough to lay closer to those fractions or make up more ground after going 1:12:6 , she really doesn't rate even being discussed
SS had completely no excuse whatsoever under a dream ride, and getting beat by a filly coming in off of a pretty taxing account of herself a week earlier really makes you wonder about both of them.
It isn't like either one of them were dramatically disadvantaged by the way the race played out and both looked very average
