Get out of the routine and do something different, whether it's exercise, a day trip that you've been putting off because you haven't had the time, phone calls to family and friends, a project of some kind. Essentially, be busy. It probably won't completely remove the dark cloud of uncertainty that's hanging over your head, but it might put it in the background. Idle time allows for dwelling on it, so don't allow yourself any. I hope this helps.
