I will not vote for a candidate who is running because she/he was "called by God". I will not vote for a candidate associated with hate (and unfortunately, that applies so some of the "self-professed most religious" of our current candidate roster)

There is a whole wing of evangelicalism that advises it's adherents to get involved in government to help turn governmental law towards their religious ideals (Palin, Bachmann)

You'd better be running because you see problems in this country, and you think you have answers. I don't care what your religion is. I care that you have ethics and morals. Hating the poor doesn't cut it for me, either.
