It wouldn't be smart to say "99 percent" in the context of anything. I think 99 out of 100 is just as ridiculous to describe a Verlander versus Halladay argument as it is in describing a Phillies versus Braves argument. If one reads the thread, the only reason I used 99 out of 100 was to mimick your equally as asinine statistic that 99 out of 100 GM's, players, or whatever, would take the rotation of the Phillies over that of the Braves.
