Talent would prevent that. Why would anyone fire an excellent employee that makes their lives easier and school look better?
I get to keep my job because I do it very well and nobody needs to babysit me, my work gets done and I produce numbers. Not because I have worked here for three years.
No district is going to fire "great teachers" for no reason. The teachers themselves would be a in a much better position. The good ones anyway.
The above statement cannot be argued in any way. Replace the word teacher in this debate with any other profession and see how ridiculous it sounds.
