The girl came close to getting herself killed. I didn't see the race, but I am assuming the horse she was on broke down. Maybe Honu can explain, because I don't understand why some jocks think it's safer
off the back of a horse you can take the chance of getting pulled up, to being on the ground dodging flailing hooves.

Personally, I would take the chance of pulling up the broke down horse. Jocks are going to see you standing in the irons and steer clear. Jumping off, you're asking to get trampled.
