Another pretty cool betting man from the 1890's. He had some sweet fines - for instance - a $100 fine for beating someone with an umbrella.
That's a pretty steep fine if you ask me - as $100 was a lot of money in the 1890's. I like how the DRF called the man beaten with the umbrella "bizzare"
