The food at the Villa was always very good, though it's been a few years since I've been there.
The best restaurant in my lifetime in Saratoga was Italian.....Sam's Diner on Rt. 9 South just below Exit 13 on the Northway. In the 80s, Sam's was as good as it gets anywhere....from food to ambiance. The best. The diner eventually became Chez Sophie.
