Happy retirement to Jackpot Delight... one of my favorite HK guys even if he didn't win much.
He was from NZ and raced for Peter Moody as Hamlet's Ghost.
He won his first 5 in a row (and I mean some of these fields were really big... 13, 16 horses) and then was 4th in his 6th start.
Sent to HK he was given a pretty high rating and ran in mostly G1 and class 2 races.
He hasn't done too well since the end of the 2009 season so here's hoping his connections (who own all the "Delight" horses) send him back home or somewhere nice.
He retires with a rating of 105.
