His mom was special too,a throwback beyond compare when it came to durability and gameness. She travelled outside of restricted company in Maryland to Saratoga and suffered her first defeat to Blitey in the Test stakes. Years later that edition of the test came back strong, from a breeding standpoint, when both mares produced back to back BC sprint winners.
