FWIW, I live 7min and 30sec from Turfway. I go there often...even in the offseason to watch the horses train (but only to appreciate the horses...not scout or anything like that). I've seen poly live. I have touched it. I have stepped on it. I have even tasted it...not bad...at little nutty but dry.

My wife's "moms group" has been yelled at by Biancone for the kids being too rowdy near the horses at TP (during a field trip of sorts), and a jockey once asked me to calm my 1yo daughter down because she got so excited watching them train one morning that she was yelling at them to "GO! GO! GO!" and slapping the rail (and everytime she sees a horse (even a seahorse)...she thinks they are gonna race...I think that may say something bad about me, I dunno).

At any rate...I've seen more races on the stuff live in person than I have on TV, but I am nothing more than a fan with a small bankroll. I am not an advocate per se. But I do find a lot of the anti-poly arguments wanting in logic or honesty. So, that is where I come from when it comes to the poly discussion.
Sarcasm is my main form of expression.
I wish there was a sarcastic face on the left we could click on to signify that we are being sarcastic. It doesn't really come through properly most of the time.
And your posts amuse me, as do Pillow Pants and that prick Titan Sooner's posts.(being sarcastic here Titan)
