Utah knew that Williams was a goner after next season. They knew they weren't going far in the playoffs with or without him. I think the haul they received was pretty good and certainly much better than they would have gotten if they would have put it out there that he was on the block.
Utah got a lot more than Cleveland or Toronto got. Of course after the upcoming lockouts this all may change.
