Unfortunately, Ermine missed in the Third Leg. The Payout ended up being $49+ per winning ticket(for a $2 bet). I nearly had it 20x!!! That would have been nice.
I love this bet when there's a horse that I really like in the last leg, but don't think I'll get better than 2-1 on. By Playing the Grand Slam, I nearly had Cacique at 24-1 to win instead of the 2-1 he went off at posttime. That being said, I've played the Grand Slam 3-4 times so far, and have not cashed yet!! But it's interest non-the-less.
