Tedesco still working on Santa Anita surface
We are now seeing jockeys trying to avoid getting sand and rocks from the crappy surface in their faces. Not a good job of promoting it, now is it? This is why Santa Anita will end up being transfered to a new owner or closing for good. Frankie's can't do the job right.
