The majority of Americans are quite in favor of this at this point (check the polls), and no, doubtful it could ever get repealed, even if a GOP President were to get in during 2012 (as America will not give up the good things in the bill they are already receiving). Yes it could (and probably will) be amended over time. It can certainly be made stronger, better.

Two judges voted it constitutional, two now have not, and 14 have said the case had no merit and refused to hear it. 16 to 2 so far. Implementation of the bill will go forward, and the Supreme Court will get it eventually.


I hope it gets repealled. Why should my taxpaying money go to helping someone else. Is anyone going to help me in paying for my son to go to college? Wonder if the judges who have said there is no merit are bought and paid for?
