First thing is, for the 53rd time I'm not a Jets fan, but I like to believe that I tell it like it is. And granted while the Pats might be ahead of schedule and their future looking bright, to go one and done in the playoffs (at home) after a 14-2 regular season is a failure any way you look at it.
Maybe the stress fracture had something with Brady not running with the ball, but it's far from the reason they lost that game. They were just outplayed and outcoached. I'm sure Brady would trade the division and his probable MVP just for the chance to be playing this week. So the division means nothing if you ask me.
As far as if the Jets lose Sunday, I honestly couldn't consider it a failure based on they ended up being the 6 seed and have had to endure 3 brutally tough road games. Even though the Colts were banged up a bit, they still had to beat Peyton Manning in his own building. Then to beat Brady and the Pats in Foxboro after the ass whiping they took earlier in the year is quite remarkable especially when you look at the beatdown the Jets ended up giving them. As far as I'm concerned they are playing with house money now and their season is a success no matter what the outcome is.
