Nonsense. There's nothing unconstitutional about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. If someone doesn't purchase insurance to comply with the mandate portion (only a portion of the Act), there is NO PENALTY. That is specificially written into the Act. Duh 
Constitutionality of the PPACA has been deemed an issue not addressable by 11 federal judges who said no reason for them to hear it (can't remember exact number, 11 or 13 or 14), has been deemed constitutional by two, and one small provision of the entire bill - not the entire bill - was deemed unconstitutional by one judge who was appointed by Bush and whose career was paid for by insurance companies.
It needs to go to the Supreme Court and be done with it, but it doesn't appear there's enough of a question of Constitutionality to get it there.
There's alot of ginned-up outrage over stuff not really in the Act. Number one Politifact Lie of 2010 was that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was a "government takeover of health care". LOL - it's not at all!
So you think that our internet access should be controlled by a few corporations? Nope, that doesn't sound too "constitutional" to me. But that one will indeed make it to the Supremes.
There are about (top estimate) half a million illegal aliens of all stripes that enter the US a year. I'm against illegal immigration, and think illegal immigrants should be deported. One would have a hard time convincing me to embrace any amnesty for adults who came here illegally as adults, but it could possibly be done. I'm generally not in favor.
The children of illegals? I have no problem at all with the DREAM act. These children have been here for at least five years as minors, they made no illegal choices on their own (if they have they are not eligible for DREAM), they've now graduated high school, have reached the age of consent and are willing to immediately go into our military and serve our country (their country, too, they've been living here and being part of it), or go to college.
Which is more than alot of other Americans do. That helps makes good citizens. There is no reason not to allow them, after they do that, to obtain a conditional legal residency that would then allow them to continue on to work towards citizenship.

As for a child of an illegal why should that child get rewarded with US citizenship when thier parents was illegally in the US in the first place. Do I blame some of them for trying to escape the drug wars. Absolutely not. Is it that child's fault that
their parent's are illegally here? Not that child's fault. Why should that child be rewarded when the parents are here illegally.
