I'm sure the Dems will. The GOP will have to find a new way to be completely obstructionist when the Senate changes their parliamentary rules January 2011 to alter how the filibuster can occur
The GOP will have to grow up, take responsibility and put their public vote on the record, rather than preventing votes from even happening.
